$75 per month, up to 3 locations and 100 users. One time $150 setup fee. Each additional
25 users or additional location is $25/month. Includes a basic contact/donor management
system. The advanced contact/donor management system is an additional $25 per month.
A two-hour training session is included. Additional training is available on a fee
basis. If outside Washington State, travel expenses must be reimbursed for on-site
training. Training can be done over the phone when on-site training is not necessary.
Technical support is included. However, a per-incident support fee of $75 may apply
in certain cases.
Such cases include problems not directly related to
the Life Scheduler software or are the result of customer changes to the computer
hardware or software that cause the Life Scheduler not to function properly. Integrity
Data Systems usually will make reasonable efforts to help get things working even
in these cases if it pertains to the Life Scheduler, but reserves the right to charge
$75 when the support issue clearly extends beyond the scope of the Life Scheduler.
If this situation occurs, the customer will always be told clearly that to
proceed with resolving the problem will result in the $75 charge and will be given
the choice whether to proceed or not. Integrity Data Systems also offers consulting
services on an hourly fee basis for customers who have other computing needs beyond
the scope of the Life Scheduler.
All product updates are included. Major upgrades and add-on features may be
priced separately.
The only software your computer(s) need is a web browser, such as Internet Explorer
or Netscape. Your computer(s) must be able to connect to the Internet (that
is, equipped with a modem and dial-up networking, or preferably a broadband connection).
